These Terms govern your use of sodana.in and related pages and apps (the “Service”), operated by SOBMA Technologies (“SODANA”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SODANA provides news, entertainment coverage and reference information across categories such as jobs, education, classifieds, automobiles, electronics and jewellery. Content is provided for general information only. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Accuracy and third-party content

Parts of the Service aggregate publicly available facts, listings supplied by third parties, or information submitted by users. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that all content is accurate, complete or current. Prices, availability, specifications, job openings and similar details may change without notice. Verify important information with the original source before acting on it.

User-submitted content

  • You are responsible for anything you post (comments, classifieds, images and other submissions). Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, obscene, misleading, spam, or that violates anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • By submitting content you grant SODANA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Service.
  • We may remove or edit user content, and suspend accounts or access, at our discretion, including to comply with law or these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, its original editorial content, layout, branding and software are owned by SODANA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative works from substantial portions of it without written permission. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • interfere with security features or other users’ use of the Service;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Advertising

The Service displays advertising, including ads served by Google and its partners. Advertisements and sponsored links are the responsibility of the advertiser. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

Third-party links

The Service links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SODANA and SOBMA Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SODANA against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guntur shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
